Privacy policy
This policy explains what happens to personal data when you use everestmpl.com. We kept it short and specific: it describes what this website actually does, not what a template assumes it might do.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Everest MPL Group LLC, reachable at contact@everestmpl.com. For any question about your data, write to that address.
The contact form
When you send a message, we receive your name, email address, optionally your company, and the content of the message. We use them for one purpose: to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Messages arrive at our mailbox hosted by OVH and stay there as long as the matter is live, and afterwards for as long as we may need them to document the arrangement. We do not use them for marketing and we do not sell them.
Spam protection
The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which analyses how the page is used to tell people apart from bots. Google receives technical data, including your IP address, and sets its own cookies. This protection runs whenever the contact page is opened, because without it the form would be unusable.
Google reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s own privacy policy.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used: which pages are opened, from what kind of device and from which country. This is optional and runs only if you agree to it in the banner.
Until you agree, no Analytics script is loaded and no request is sent to Google. If you decline, nothing is loaded either and we do not ask again. Your choice is stored in your browser under the key everest_consent, and you can revoke it by clearing your browser data for this site.
Transfers outside the EEA
Google is based in the United States, so using reCAPTCHA and Analytics involves transferring data outside the European Economic Area. Google declares that it relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses for such transfers.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

What we do not do
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build profiles, we do not sell data, and we do not embed anything that phones home before you interact with it. Videos on this site load from YouTube only after you press play.
